1.4 When you make inquiries about our publishing products and services or purchases (which may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, company name, role/position, payment details and details of the proposed use or uses of the template documents).

1.5 When you subscribe to our email notifications and/or newsletters /document downloads (your name, email address and areas of interest); and any other information that you choose to send to us.

2.1 We shall only use your personal information for the following purposes and shall not keep such personal information longer than is necessary to fulfil these purposes:

5.3. You can ask us for a copy of this privacy policy and of any amended Privacy Policy by writing to the above address or by emailing us at support@pitstop-for-business.com. This privacy policy applies to personal information we hold about individuals. It does not apply to information we hold about companies and other organisations.

5.4 If you would like access to the personal information that we hold about you, you can do this by emailing us at support@pitstop-for-business.com or writing to us at the address above. There may be a nominal charge of £10 to cover administrative costs.

5.5 We aim to keep the personal information we hold about you accurate and up to date. If you tell us that we are holding any inaccurate personal information about you, we will delete it or correct it promptly.
